- Rental Period Calculation
- Rental days are calculated on a calendar-day basis. (Example: Friday through Sunday = 3 days.)
- First day: Date the customer receives the equipment.
- Last day: Date the equipment is returned.
- Start and Return time must be during Operating Hours
(Subject to additional day(s) rate outside of these hours)
- Delivery & Pickup Scheduling
- Deliveries and pickups are performed exclusively during standard operating hours.
- Requests for service outside these hours require prior administrative approval and may incur fee as mentioned above in Rental Period Calculation
- Emergency Support
- All rentals include 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. emergency service.
- Emergency Support includes Google Meet video to conduct a quick diagnosis (Issues that cannot be addressed over the phone will receive onsite support.
- Delivery Fee
- Our $65 delivery fee covers both drop-off and pickup of the rented equipment.
